1. After Ex-date 25/08/2017, MQREIT dropped 4 sen.

2. This is a norm after Ex-date for dividend shares because shares price need to adjust accordingly in term of Dividend value.

3. MQREIT declared 4.23 sen and payment @ 18/09/2017.

4. There is no change in fundamental of MQREIT. Thus, it is suit for keep in long term with dividend collection as 6.55% which is higher than Fixed Deposit rate.
